Note that products that are personalized with individual print/embroidery cannot be exchanged or returned as they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

You can use the contact form to register your return. Enter your full name, e-mail address and order number . We'll send you a return label within 24 hours.

Customers have the right to return an order within 30 days of receiving the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. This right of return only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Average Tiger reserves the right to charge additional fees if the return does not meet these criteria.

We do not provide a return label for international returns. Please note that you have to bear the costs of returning the goods from abroad.

Bitte melde alle Schäden mit Deinem Paket/Deiner Bestellung innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Lieferung. Wenn Du größere Schäden an Deinem Paket oder andere Probleme bei der Zustellung feststellen, mache bitte vor dem Öffnen ein Foto von dem Paket und senden Sie es an kontakt@averagetiger.eu. Gib in der E-Mail bitte Deine Bestellnummer und Bilder des beschädigten Produkts und des Pakets an, in dem Deine Bestellung angekommen ist.
