Where is my order?
As soon as we have handed over your package to our logistics service provider, we will email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and tracking link. All you have to do then is look forward to your package!
Can I exchange personalized orders?
Products that have been personalized with custom printing or embroidery cannot be exchanged or returned as they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Which printing process do you use?
We use the digital direct printing process (DTG), in which a textile printer applies the ink directly to the shirt using inkjet technology. Digital printing uses special water-based inks that are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This enables us to achieve high-quality printing as well as longevity and color fastness.
Can I also order iron-on transfers from you?

How do I properly care for my shirt?
Our shirts are washable up to 30 degrees. For the print it is best to wash and iron inside out. The shirts are not suitable for tumble drying.
Do you also deliver to packing stations?
If you want your order to be delivered to a DHL Packstation, that's no problem at all. Simply enter the Packstation near you as the delivery address during the ordering process.
